Study Objectives:

  • Explore the living experience of practicing Qigong for 100 days.

  • Assess the influence of Qigong on overall impressions of wellbeing.

  • Investigate perceptions of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual balance and resilience through consistent Qigong participation.
