About the event
If you want a little more health and flow in your life, this 8-week Qigong Five-Element Immersion Workshop is just the thing. It has been thoughtfully designed to help you seamlessly incorporate intentional movement while exploring some of the foundations of QiGong and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This workshop is equally ideal for beginners and long time practitioners as we gather in the spirit of community.
In Week One, we will focus on Breath and Intention, setting the stage for the weeks ahead. Each subsequent session will gently introduce a specific element of practice, allowing you to appreciate the beauty of intentional movement while exploring the elemental qualities of flow.
